We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or store credit note.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items, Gift Cards, Jewellery, Accessories, Booby Tape Products and Bodysuits/Leotards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we are able to put the items aside for you until your return is sent back to us.
Unfortunately, we do not provide any refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Refunds are only eligible on faulty items should we have missed this upon inspection before an item is shipped to a customer. Before faulty items are eligible for a refund, the manufacturer and Designer will need to assess the product and deem it as faulty.
Please allow up to 14 days for a faulty product assessment.
Adeilia Boutique Store Credits are valid for One year from date created. Credit notes cannot be swapped for cash and cannot be used towards final sale items. If a credit note is misplaced or lost we are unable to use this, as we no longer have access to the code. Store credit notes not used before the expiry date will not be replaced or extended.
