Please note there will be slight delays in receiving online orders due to delays in Postal services.




Australia-wide Shipping

All orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched in the next business day delivery.

Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched at the earliest convenience.

Adeilia Boutique offer Express and Standard shipping Australia wide.


International Shipping

All International orders are estimated shipping costs. Price may vary upon shipment of product. If shipping costs is more than amount at checkout you will not need to pay difference, vice versa. If shipping costs on delivery is less than amount paid, difference will not be refunded. 

All international shipments are sent via DHL express.  Due to Covid-19 Lockdowns, please note there may be delays to your shipment.



Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please check your junk mail/spam if you do not receive an email by 48 hours of dispatch.



Please ensure all shipping information is correct when an order is purchased, Adeilia Boutique are not responsible for loss of shipment if customer provides incorrect address.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, it becomes the property of Australia Post. If your parcel does not arrive in the time frame quoted, please send us an email to and we will get onto this matter. 



Adeilia Boutique is not responsible for payment of any parcels sent back if the customer has a change of mind on purchase.

All returned parcels need to have a slip inside with: Name, contact number and Email address so we are able to contact you once the parcel is received.
